Yup, the new bigger guns defenatly are an improvement. Thanks for the comment on my P-38, that was kind of why I thought the guns were a little too small before, because of how big the 50's on my Lightning were. I will defanatly have to come look at it when you make your P-38 |

You were 110% right about the 50 cals! They look better bigger, without a doubt. I still need to figure out how to make good working control surfaces, and will probably have to change the horizontal building method I used for the wings, but that is my next goal. I just got into this,so I'm still trying to polish my rough edges! I also got my first Lego order in, and was able to change the undercarriage to solid gray as it would have been in mid 44. Thanks for the comment! |

Scott, thanks for the post, you were 100% right about the 50 cal machine guns, and that is why I have changed them to a much better design (pictures soon to come). Also, I do have full controls in the cockpit, and will post photos....

An exceptionally good P-47, the whole plane is epic but the cockpit design is the best I have ever seen! The plane may not have moving control surfaces (correct me if it does, that would REALLY be impressive) but the smoothness of the design completely makes up for the fact. This is an awesome plane, I would just recommend adding some slightly bigger guns if you can, the P-47 had 50cals, the ones you have look a little too small. Epic Job! |

The cockpit is cool, that is my favourite part. You have a unique bulding style, one can recognize your planes even by looking at the thumbnails. :) |
