I guess it would need four props, but it just doesn't look right because they are so close together and they are to high. |

I am not even going to try and download that sucker! But anyways, I think you should only have two props. It would look better. Will this be an actual iron clan or is that just a name for it to show how powerful it is?
But anyways, this has turned out awesome. PS: don't forget the life rafts, it would be much cooler if you could do that! Good luck!
If I had to restart it, it would be a bit wider, for the propeller system, to be able to make a "fairing" arround the propellers.(and to put ONLY 2 propellers is oferring me the possibility to do this...AND I'D LIKE TO DO THAT!) I suppose you're talkin about the general line, AND the propellers. But don't you think 2 propellers aren't enough for that big amount of "steel"?!? I'm actually trying to "upgrade" the Ironclad concept(I know they have been mainly replaced by another type of "main ship": the aircraft carreer, but, this ship attracts me far more than the Destroyer/Ironclad) to make it a more modern weapon. I have projects for it, like armoured boxes, inside the hull, containing the canon bullets, some removing floors, inside the hull to see the different floors... This time, my creation should be almost "fully viewable"...
And you can count on me. I've made for a swiming pull, the home cinema, etc... It will be very difficult to know the strength of that if I ever build it one day... |

I was wondering if you were going to put a trident somewhere... I'd mosaic it on a side too.
Would you? I could, and I take your suggestion but I think the Poseidon's sign can remain only on the rear! For me, that's enough! =) |

Hey Sam! I wanted to come and see your LDD project, but don't see it on your page!
Can you give me a link? =) |

Well done, I love the trident bit! Oh, and one thing that you could try to prevent your computer from getting too sluggish would be to copy the uppermost bricks on the ship and open them in a new LDD file. Then just build off of that and after the top is done, put the two halves together.
Thanks Cody, but, don't worry for my pc: a new graphic card(Radeon HD 6970) is coming(my one has been bought in 2008; Geforce 8800 GT), and more RAM...
For information, my actual PC is a Core 2 Duo 3 Ghz(E8400), 3 gigs of ram, and Geforce 8800GT =) |

Wow this thing is a beast. I remember from your last update how big this project was. Now you added more detail. I know that this is
really expensive if you order this directly from LEGO. Do you have plans building this with real pieces? Either way, This is still a very cool ship!
thanks Eric! I will have to make the balance between my love for this(it has to be at least the same as for my submarine!) and my budject... Honeslty, the crazy man will say yes! The reasonable man won't! =) |

Amazing work Jay. Looks fantastic, my computer couldn't handle a design of that size no way. Looking really good. |

I like how you put the red and green lights on the trident, looks awesome so far. Make some life rafts for it, just in case you know! |

I'm waiting for the future WIP to comment the rear. Actually, I'm not very fond of it, but... Wait and see. Vintage stuffs can look really fine when all is over. |

Looking great Jay! You're making very good progress. Are we going to be lucky enough to see this actually built? I would love to see it in the brick, but i'd understand if not as the price is nearly as colossal as the ship :) Looking forward to the next progress report :) |
