I love the way you incorporated the scales into the staff. The overall impression here is just something that destroys with the claws and the stomach mouth.

Did you use the Fenrak (Vezon's pet dragon thing) design for the stomach mouth?

I love the chest/mouth! The lower forearms are also an n.p.u., and well proportioned, mass-wise to the shoulders. I like the head, but wonder what the two white 'incisor' parts that make the 'face' area might look like if they pointed down, instead. Overall, sinister and evocative of the freaky feel you were shooting for: great work!
