The AT-LA (All Terrain- Light Aassult) Is the latest creation from the factory.
It came about in one of those times late at night when one's just fiddling with lego bricks. I was building my big cargo space ship, using parts from the Millenium Falcon, AT-AT, and AT-TE when I noticed that parts of the AT-TE were still intact. I started just like pieces pieces together when it started to take shape in the form of a bug/walker thing. Thought I had annoying difficulty with the AT-TE legs falling off (I don't understand why lego makes toys for ages like 6-12 that are so fragile they're more for display models) and the porportions of the front and tail. Originally the head was more like that of the AT-TE until I stole the AT-AT head which was over extended and had to be modified a few times over.
I really like the finished shape and structure that it has now, showing easily mobile armour plating with holes that could be air vents or something else. First it was just this attack thing, then I decided it would be able to fly, but in the 3rd reconstruction of the main frame I had to take out the main generator (AT-AT neck) and so I don't know exactly how it would fly now, but it does. It looked in one of the stages like it might be able to carry troops, but I would have to change the interior; though still possible spaciously. So now it can walk and fly. I didn't want to over arm it and have huge numbers of weapons, so I think it's abit under, that is to say could use some more guns, bit still looks good. The sloped armour and all is cool and it's small like a sentry thing but it's arment makes it and assult vehicle for infantry support. Anyhow, this is probably getting boring for some people soo..

EDIT - As a side note, I didn't know about the SW EU so sorry to those people, I came up with the name while lying in bed not wanting to get up in the morning... So now it's the AT-LA rather than AT-AA(All Terrain- Airborn Assault)... kinda unfortunate...
