This is my MOC of the scene in the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire book when the Weasleys take Harry to the finals of the Quidditch World Cup. There they meet Minister Cornelius Fudge, commentator and Ministry official Ludo Bagman, an odd house elf named Winky - and their old rivals the Malfoys.

I know, I know, I just used Dobby for Winky, but I'm a bit short on unique house elf bodies.

A series of little vignettes in the back. We have your handy-dandy omnoculars salesmen with a bucket of 'em (though personally I wouldn't buy anything from that shifty-looking guy) and we have Stan Shunpike chatting up a Veela. In the book, this scene happens later in the forest outside the campgrounds, but I decided to move the scene to "under the bleachers" for my MOC.

A Death Eater waiting for the match to be over so he and his mates can conspire to torture Muggles and all that mayhem. He's probably thinking "when will that arrogant little Pureblood Lucius Malfoy be done with watching this stupid game? Everyone knows Ireland is going to win anyways."
