For the fire category.
Inspired by Rob Dobi's Burning Bridges, I recreated the image using some simple sideways building and locking techniques.

Very artistic build here. Man's inhumanity to man, right? or woman in this case... Nice work! |

Ezra, The concept you can up with was very strong, and also well executed. I think what hurt you was the lack of complexity and detail in the bridge. Had it been a cleaner build (less studs exposed OR more differentiation in part usage) you might have had a higher score. Thank you for sharing your take on the categories. ~Dave |

Great design on the bridge. That fire positively glows against that black. |

Quoting Quad ?????
I think the thing that the man is holding is sort of distracting. Great job.
I thought about too, but the gasoline container is very significant to symbolize his full intention to burn the bridge, as well as also explaining why and how the bridge began to burn.

I agree with legolord, the bridge design is great, but I think the thing that the man is holding is sort of distracting. Great job. |

I can imagine a little landscape on each side, symbolyzing each figure's feelings, but I guess this is OK. |
