Round one for my first Moc-Off with NoWhereMan. The topic was to create a Bionicle-ized version of a video game character of your choosing. I chose Mortal Kombat, and built Jax Briggs.
EDIT: This is also an entry for the"Build a Marvel or DC Character" contest. This goes along with the video game "Mortal Kombat vs. DC."
"Bring It!" - Jax's Battle Cry in Mortal Kombat (2011)
Jax was the first African-American character in the Mortal Kombat series and made his debut in Mortal Kombat II. He is portrayed as an archetypical American hero. In the chain of command of the Special Forces, he is Sonya Blade's direct superior, and clearly the catalyzing force of Sonya's impulsiveness. Jax is clear-headed, careful and always keeping a watch on what his men are doing, but when the need arises, he is a beast on the battlefield with the attitude and ferocity of a lion. He unscrupulously makes use of the most advanced technology to improve both himself and his unit. He is responsible for the crime lord Kano's disfigurement, forcing him to wear a metal plate over a portion of his face. - Info taken from the Mortal Kombat Wiki .

Size Comparison with Galvis. Galvis has had a few upgrades (Thanks Crazy Awesome and Raviel Ze Mocist!). Some of his connector colors are now matching. He is still being slightly revamped.

FOURTH WALL: I'm very pleased with this build. I built this during a block, so it may not be my best work. If any of the pictures are dark, sorry. My current camera/ photo taking setup isn't the best. Anyway, This design was the third design I have built so far. The legs are an adapted version of Folfo's legs. It took me a week to figure out the torso, and 4 designs and 2 days for the arms. I'm very happy with Jax.

I love MK!!! I was so surprised to see this. I am not all that good with Jax though, im best with Shao Kahn, Smoke,and Sub Zero.

Thanks. I do agree, the build is a bit messy. I kind of ran out of time working on him, and knew I had to post him. So, that is what I got. Oh, I followed your advice on Galvis' neck being too long. I took out a connector, switched out the head with a mata head, and voila! Awesome looking proportionate Galvis! Let's just see what Kai has to say about the entries.

Denarius, thanks for that! The head design is just an inverted mask with eyes held on with a rubber band. It was such a pain to build, but it looks great! The arms are my own design. If someone else came up with it, then I have never known about it.

Nice job here. I don't think I've seen that arm design before, and the head is awesome! I think the legs could use a bit more armor, but all in all, sweet build man
