The category for this entry is Spring. Basically, it is a scene depicting a shipwrecked, delirious man stuck on a small rock surrounded by sharks. He has to eat raw fish, and his only companion is a monkey. As he sits on the rock, he dreams of Spring in England, and spots a small collection of plants on the rock. In his delirium, he thinks that those plants mean it is Spring on his rock.

I did like the little shark idea. For the build side of it I would have liked to have seen a bit wider base on the rock (presonal preference) but overall a nice little idea. ~ Chris. |

Rory, I like the concept of the shipwreck. It was a good idea that had a lot of promise. The shark was also a nice touch to add detail to the creation. I would have liked to see you put more thought into the rock formation. Sometimes creating unusual angles can also help a presentation; consider having the ship hull more detailed and askew. Thanks for sharing your take on the categories. ~Dave
Thanks for the tips Dave! I'll try those tips next year(if I can incorparate them into my creation) |

Your total score was a 12. I'm sorry but you did not make the top 64. Thank you for playing in the MocOlympics and we hope to see you again next year! ~ Chris. |

That is a very odd shaped rock. I like the hint for a shark and the wooden parts "floating" around. But I feel you could have done more with the wreckage. Good luck with your judges. |

Thats a great job on the rocks and the boat sinking looks great, but I think the texture of the water could be more wavey :D. Anyway great job and good luck :D |

Looks good! But how the heck can the monkey survive on the island?? Just wondering...
Good luck!

It's okay, but the rock doesn't look natural, and the water looks too still. |

Oh, man! I was hoping no one else would decide to do do a shipwreck. I too am doing one, but it is a steamship not wood. I really like the random stuff floating and the monkey. Very cool creation!
P.s I didn't copy your idea on the shipwreck, I actually had the idea about a week or so ago. |
