The Predator scout tank was released to the Belkan military in 2076 as a means to scout ahead of the main army, to escort APCs, and to engage light mechs. The 57mm chain fed cannon could fire an average of 400 rounds per minute. The cannon used thin electro magnetic coils to propel the projectile up to three miles away. there was also eight grenade launcher tubes, two anti armor guided missiles, and a automatic minigun. The two hydrogen powered engines could propel the tank at speeds of up to three hundred MPH. It was possible to drive over water, and tank traps, and land mines became obsolete. The predators powerfull comm system allowed it to transmit intell to ships in orbit. The two man crew was well protected by a new type of synthetic armor, that was stronger, and lighter than steel titanium. It was also protected by an anti missile system.

About this creation

the main cannon was known to rebel forces as the blood bath cannon. Every round was usualy an airburst shell. A single round could tear a minivan in two. Rioters usually dont stand a fighting chance.

the armor could withstand a modern antitank missile, or 120mm cannon. Most crewman didnt take chances with heavy mechs though.

the tank only weighed fifteen tons, even though it was the same size as a modern battletank. the light weight gave it needed speed as a scout vehicle.

This tank is the primary tank of the Belkan Space Korps. The standard crew man usually drives one of these. over ten thousand have been produced.

the engine can tilt downward for extra thrust in hover flight.

I am not a huge fan of hover tank's nor dont understand there purpose but this tank look's beast.The gun looks like it would be a smaller caliber? maybe to hit another tank's weak spot's at long range.

60mm main gun meh that will work against infantry and light armour but against a MBT with a 105mm,120mm,140mm etc no. But I mean a tank can drive through mud cross a river,look at the T-90 that crosses a river thats water is taller than the tank itself. Btw take a look at my 140mm Artillery system,Hope you like it.And I might try to make a hover tank but I dont have the skill to make downward facing engines

regular tanks get stuck in mud, get blown up by mines, cant cross water, go slowly. A hover tank doesnt have these problems. They hover, or fly above the ground, so they can go places tanks cant. They use downward facing engines like a harrier to hover. The gun is big for even 57 caliber. I would think for scale the gun should be maybe 60 caliber.
