This is lightning monster, Rai. This colossus is known as a controller of weather. Able to absorb massive amount of water, he can create thunderstorms, hurricanes, also blizzards. He forms storms to level entire cities with water, ignite forests with lighting, and freeze over small towns. He only appears seconds before one of his storms hit, while he is casting it himself. No other information is known about this elusive being.
FOURTH WALL COMMENTARY
UGH, where do I begin? xD. First off,I will state that this is clearly my entry to the Bio-cup.
This was a major rush build for me. As some may not be aware of, there is a hurricane hitting America's East coast, and my area is being evacuated, so I had to finish fast. This MOC had so much more potential in my eyes, it was meant to be Unicron from the Transformers series, but sadly had no time. Granted, I'm not saying I just threw stuff together,I tried some things out, and I say it looks alright. Another quick bit to notice is the Bohrok eye on the chest, that is a misprint trans gold eye, that I stumbled upon finding on a Brutaka, thought it be perfect for this MOC. I hope it is well revived by fans, and the judges, and best of luck to my opponent!
First of all, I'm sorry for the hurricane incident, too bad it interfered with your MOCing, and I hope you are all well.
Now, on the MOC: even tough its great by itself(the lower legs are my favourite bit, but it doesn't match the rest at all), I really don't feel the monster in it. And I can se it was kinda rushed, specially on the torso... Probably, I would have said better about it if it wasn't on the contest, but... My vote have to go for your opponent.

The years that I have been following you, I have been able to pick up that characteristic. I also, am a man who is very picky on play ability of a MOC. I have my inspiration from Japanese action figures for that. The hip joints on my creation are ridiculous. Personally, an amalgamation of of random limbs to form a waist is rather...unattractive for my taste (for the exception of Grond and a few other MOCs). Anyways, thank you for the vote.

I have to say your entry was quite formidable indeed. It tall, big and awesome. However, I have some reservation with regards to the head design. While everything looked original, I felt the head designed looked boring a bit as I've seen it used several times by others. I have to vote in favor of Lego Obsessionist but just a close margin.

you said you rushed on this and it definitely shows, but considering your standards. it still looks amazing and far beyond many mocists abilitys. I would of loved to see this as unicron one day, hope you aren't badly affected by the hurricane.
Great MOC. As soon as you said that it was supposed to be Unicron before you changed it, I instintally saw the resembalance. Hope you do good in the Cup and sorry to hear about the hurricane.

Wow, truly awesome. It's huge and is filled up everywhere (no gaps) but the bad thing is, it looks heavy ! LOL Awesome job, it's nice. I really love the lower legs ! You used soo mnay pieces in awkward but cool ways. Good luck in the contest dude but you probably don't need luck, your good already :D. Dude be safe, ya never know what a hurricane can do.
The building techniques you used on him are amazing... although the same can't be said about the look of the MOC as a whole. Considering you had to pack off to avoid death and destruction, it's forgivable. Just. :P
By the way, sorry the hurricane hit you so hard. It just got up here, but were're pretty safe, so I can really strive for perfection on my entry. Good thing, too, I'll neet the whole alloted time to beat this.
I'm seriously scared now! I thought that my WIP entry had enough potential to beat yours untill you posted this. I think this is amazing, but you'll have to forgive if I hope that the judges think otherwise. I love the square legs. The misprint bohrok eye is very cool.

This is a great moc! I know that you didn't have enough time to completely build what you wanted, but given that circumstance, it's amazing how you brought this guy together. Sorry about the hurricane, by the way. It's been all over the news :(
