A Skip Lorry, because it's fun to skip...

About this creation

You might think I'm a bit waste obsessed judging by my latest MOCs.
I have been wanting to build a working skip lorry for a while and my last MOC Refuse Container Truck gave me an idea to do it.
Basically I was very pleased with load/unload mechanism on the container truck that I adapted it for the skip lorry mechanism.
The scale is a bit different on this truck to my previous trucks. The chassis is 7 wide, the cab is 6 wide and the skip is 5 wide.

Thanks Steffen, glad you like my latest truck. Here in the UK skip lorries are used for waste only. Materials and gravel are usually transported by different trucks such as tippers and flat beds.

Hi Andy! It is also a very good truck. I like the tilting cabin and the stairs. The load/unload mechanism looks very nice, I like how you hid the gears into the "stomach" of the truck.
