Ramar was the youngest member of the Toa Ghetta. He was born in a small fishing village in Northern Spherus Magna. Growing up, Ramar was a brave and adventurous Matoran who would travel the longest distance and fish for the biggest creatures he heard about. His eccentric nature drove the rest of the village to think of him as strange, but he did not take offense, and considered even the most critical villagers his friends. One day, a beautiful and powerful Toa of Water stopped in Ramar's village to rest. She was headed for a city called Ghetta Nui to fill a position of Toa protector. Ramar was intrigued by this and offered to sail to Ghetta Nui with the Toa so she would not have to walk. The other Matoran scoffed at Ramar, but the Toa saw the bravery and dedication in Ramar and accepted. With a smug but kind smile on his face, Ramar left his "friends" and embarked on the greatest adventure since his fishing trip to find the fabled Leviathan. About halfway to Ghetta Nui, Ramar and the Toa were ambushed by Skrall pirates. They boarded Ramar's ship, but rather than fight them, the Toa explained to them that they had nothing of value and they wished to be on their way. The Skrall agreed to let them go, but when the Toa turned her back, the leader ran her through in cold blood, and ordered his crew to search the ship. Ramar knelt by the dying Toa and she whispered in his ear that she lied about there being nothing of value on the ship. With that, she handed him a Toa stone and her mask, a Great Faxon. Ramar was transformed and, using the Faxon on a nearby electric eel, shocked the pirates with paralyzing force. The Skrall fled, and Ramar decided to continue on to Ghetta Nui after giving the beautiful Toa a proper Ga-Matoran funeral at sea.
Ramar arrived at Ghetta Nui and filled the position of Toa protector. He immediately befriended the other Toa, especially Valens as they both felt that there was good in everyone. Years passed, and Ramar had many adventures both with his Toa team and alone at sea. He even encountered the legendary Leviathan once, terrorizing an offshore Protodermis mining facility. Ramar used his Faxon to copy the Leviathan's immense power and managed to come to a stalemate with the massive beast. When the rest of the Toa arrived at the scene, both Ramar and the Leviathan were exhausted and unable to fight anymore. The Leviathan swam away, bruised and battered, and never haunted Ghetta Nui's shores again. When the Gang Wars began, Ramar felt the need to address all of Ghetta Nui about the death of Valens. During his speech about responsibility and justice, Ramar was attacked by a local gang who shot at him from the rooftops of the surrounding skyscrapers. Being in the heart of Ghetta Nui at the time, the only water that Ramar could control was the plumbing. He burst the pipes and created a massive maelstrom in the sky, sucking the snipers into a liquid tornado. Ramar's victory seemed near, but then the remaining snipers began to target the innocent Matoran in the streets, and Ramar had no choice but to divert the water to create a shield, protecting the Matoran but leaving himself exposed. Four bullets to the torso brought down the mighty Ramar, and his water shield fell from the sky. As soon as the shield hit the ground, a massive downpour started. Those still loyal to the Toa say that the downpour was the Great Beings of Water mourning the death of Ramar.
Arms. The upper arms are custom and the shoulders are also poseable.
The legs were very fun to do. The lower legs utilize a Toa Metru body, while the upper legs have a Hero Factory skeleton. The upper leg armor isn't quite what I had in mind, especially the light grey, but I think it works.
Back view. Note the Matoran bodies on the upper arms.
Ramar's shield was made from one of the Leviathan's scales that was left on the mining facility after Ramar's battle. It is said to be indestructable, but as light as a feather.
Ramar's hammer, on the other hand, is heavy. When he is furious, or when there are strong Rahi nearby, Ramar could wield the massive hammer like a baton, crushing all in his path. Ramar's strength was legendary, and he was only ever able to train against Valens, whose iron defenses could barely withstand Ramar's blows.

Ramar and his best friend Valens.
I upgraded Valens' chest as was recommended to me by a few people. How do you like it?
The Toa Ghetta in all their glory.
Well, that's all, folks! The Toa Ghetta are now all revamped, and I think I'll keep them all assembled for a while this time. Thanks to Ben Cossy for inspiring me to revamp them, and thanks to everyone who commented on the other members of the Toa Ghetta, I wouldn't have continued without you guys! This has been a very fun project, and I have become very attached to the characters and storyline. I'm going to take a break from Bionicles now and start working on the next episode of my Pokemon CYOA. Until next time, thanks for viewing, and let me know what you think!
i can t help but, miss your gospels work, bionicles are nt so interesting without figs to me!!! unless they smash houses and buildings! lol! thanks for your continual support cody!!!
Quoting Parrington Levens
So the assembly line groans to a halt...lol...
The hiss of steam and slow grinding of gears can still be heard in my Lego cave. Haha and rest assured, as soon as I'm done with my CYOA, I'm going to go on a sci-fi binge. Oh, I can't wait to scrap those specialty piece sucking vortexes known as Pokemon...

That storyline was amazing. I know the focus is the MOC, which is really good too, but wow! Too much to comment on all at once, man! Shame all the characters I'm near posting now have such dark evil characteristics...
Coming from you, that's quite the compliment! I didn't even realize how long it was until I finished posting the page. Yes, I would have to say that Ramar's story is one of my best, but it's still just a piece of the Ghetta Nui storyline, which is solidified in all of the Toa Ghetta's biographies. Thanks for taking the time to not only read the bio but to comment! :)

Valen's chest is much better. Great job there. The color scheme of dark blue and dark green is awsome! The texture of the entire build is great and fits a water Toa perfectly. The weapons are awsome, they look so cool, particularly the shield. Exellent work!
HAHA awesome! I'm glad I inspired your awesomeness :P Anyway, great work! Love both his weapons and great work on his leg design! Love the upgrades on Valens torso too! The Toa Ghetta look just awesome! Oh and Ramar's bio was so freaking epic!
I'm liking that blue-green color scheme, it fits nice with his personality. My favorite parts about the build have to be those lower legs (beefy!) and the upper arms, both utilizing torsos to create nice designs. Story's great too. I would only recommend that you change his lower arms--too basic. Otherwise, great job! The revamped group shot looks great!
