About this creation

In the First Exodus, the Twelve Tribes abandoned the Lords of Kobol, and settled the Colonies, creating a new civilization for Mankind.

As technology advanced, they created the Cylons to do their work and fight their wars.
But the Cylons eventually rebelled against their creators.

The first war ended in an armistice, the second ended in near total destruction.

Galactica, the last of the original Battlestars, and a Fleet of civilian survivors, left the Colonies in search of the Thirteenth Tribe, on a planet known as Earth.

The epic journey ended at a planet home to another race of Mankind, and the Fleet settled, Human and Clyon alike, giving up all technology in hopes of ending the cycle of violence. "All this happened before. All this will happen again."

But there were survivors from the Second Cylon War. Some escaped, and joined the Fleet. Yet others remained on the Colonial Worlds, resisting the Cylons, and enduring the radiation. The occupying Cylon forces eventually left, allowing Humanity to begin another chapter. They were unaware of the survivors, the return to Earth, and the resurrection of Galactica.

Caprica Orbit, First Poseidon Battlestar Group.

Admiral M. Mahan: "Send a message to the Group, Captain: Full Alert!"

Captain N. Dendauw: "Aye, Sir. This is the Triton: Full Alert Status throughout the Group! Ready all batteries!"

Admiral Mahan: "We have actionable intelligence, Captain, that the Athenian Fleet has their eyes on Caprica. What they're after, I have no idea..."

Capt. Dendauw: "Well, Sir, a submerged base of operations would give them ample opportunity to strike at the other Worlds of the Alpha System. We'd never know they were here."

Lt Kaleta: "Vipers report ready for launch, Sir."

Admiral Mahan: "Very well, Mr. Kaleta."

Admiral Mahan: "Good point, Nancy, the radiation's never really allowed us to recolonize there. It's a shame, too, from what we can see of the ruins."

Lt. Fassio: "Admiral! Contact!"

Two hours earlier, aboard the Galactica in the New Caprica System.

Chrissy Phipson: "Mr. Maverick! There you are! I was hoping we could discuss the progress on finding the whereabouts of Mr. Levopolis?"

Mav: "Well, Ms Phipson, we're actually taking some information we acquired from the Cylons to the laboratory right now."

Phipson: "Excellent! Perhaps, then, I should come with you?"

Mav: "Sorry, Ms Phipson, it's a restricted area, but I'll be sure to let you know right away if something pops up, I mean, if we find something of some significance. Okay, I'll see you soon!"

Phipson (under her breath): "Oh, I'll find out, Mr. Maverick, I'll find out."

Cylon Examination Facility
LTCMDRs Garry King, and Dr. Marcus Korund.

Maverick: "Hey, Doc, you're here, too, great. I had a little 'experience' over there on the Baseship. Like an idiot, I put my hand in that water they've got in their CIC."

Bones: "We ALL warned him not to."
Korund: "Well Commander, it's a very sophisticated control interface, not a cooler full of beer. No problem, we can check you out right here."

King: "Okay, you brought my laptop back in one piece, I see, good deal. I'll just jimmy it onto the connector here, and we'll have a look! Hopefully it has something juicy!"

Bones: "Commander, I think it's telemetry from the battle and the kidnapping, I don't think they put any internal sensor data on there, if that's what you're after?"

King: "No, no, I'm curious to see what kind of details their systems can pick up, from the fight and that ship that jumped away."

Korund: "Alright, Commander, have a seat."

Bones: "So what's this rig all about?"
Korund: "It's just a brainwave scanner. Maybe we'll find something!"
Maverick: "I'll take that as a joke, Doc."

Korund: "Now hold nice and still. Here we go!"
Mav: "Duuude! "It's just like the thing on the Baseship, but crunchy! It tastes like...ketchup?"
Korund (to Bones): "It confuses the senses a little."

Korund: "That's it, Commander. You can hop out now."
Mav: "Wicked! Okay, time to grab lunch, and get to the Hangar Deck, Bones. We'll be jumping the ship at fifteen hundred!"
