Oh and lengthen the tender by about 2 or 3 studs and try to put 1 more train wheel base under the tender. The Hogwarts Express has a 3 wheeled tender. |

Very good try for a non-train collector. But im sure you could use some tips from someone who is train collector. The Hogwarts Express was a thinner train than the Lego Emerald Night. I mean in boiler width. Also the front of the boiler should have the small 4x4 dome. not anything bigger. Another thing, the tender is a bit too fat and tall. The top of the tender should be a bit lower than the roof of the cab. So just to make everything shorter, Keep the 8 wide, Change the boiler from 6 wide to 4 wide, and shorten the tender. But it is still good for a first try. And I was thinking of doing this before. |
