My biggest and best creation yet.
Built to satisfy the needs of a harbour and trade centre for the city of Raffornin, created by Eric Mickle, located on Alta 5
About this creation
On the coast are Raffornin's next few structures, a Trade centre, a chip shop, a harbour, a jetty and a beach.
Every thing you need for a money raising, tourist attraction.
Built in the natural red bricks found in the coastal cliffs.

Its a busy day at the Quayside.

The boats are offloading

from their boats, moored in the protected harbour.

The jetty with anglers and smaller sea craft moored up

Its a nice place to be,but don't stay to long!

The main board walk

The pavement

Steps leading down to the beach.

Birds eye view of the jetty

The beach is brimming with golden sand, ready to be used to play with and sit on and be lapped at by the majestic beauty called the sea

Since its such a nice day, people are swimming...

and sunbathing...

and having picnics

or getting fish and chips.

the grass round back is great to play on

Here are the famous Red Brick Buildings:
the trade house (left) and chip shop (right)

The chip shop layout.

For the chip shop you walk in...

...Stand in the waiting area...

...place an order...

...wait a bit...

...then the food get passed though this hatch here from...

...the kitchen.

cooking fumes are extracted and taken away though this pipe

The bottom of the trade house is a market and for easy access you can go enter from any side.

The front

The whole bottom floor

The porch

the market

The back

Fish chunks on ice!

The 2nd floor

The roof with skylights.

The interior.

People have to pay Tax for imports and exports

Lots of queues, so lots of buyers, so lots of dosh!!

This is where the government trades with cargo ship captains

the whole thing with out buildings

the whole thing with out buildings and unattached things

the whole thing with out figures
Beyond the brick pile
Well guys and Gals
This is my biggest and best creation yet,but its not perfect and I want to make it just that!

Fantastic!!! There are so much details. It looks beautiful!!! I LOVE the S.N.O.T. technique you used! The ship looks good, but a little simple. With all those minifigures the MOC looks really playable!! The red building is just AMAZING!!! :-)
Thanks :D
The ship was one of my first and I didn't really have as much skill as I do now. Thanks for all your kind words! :) |

My favorite part is the stone dock. The rest is good too.
One of the roofs, though, are featureless; add an air conditioner fan, an antenna, a satellite dish or architectural details. I really like the building with the interesting roof, it's very interesting and innovative. Great job! |

@All complainers- pay attention to the next points: 1) The main focus of the creation was LEGO, not Megabloks. He didn't use the Megabloks as an essential part of the MOC, like a Brickarms gun in a LEGO MOC. 2) His use of the Megabloks only enhanced his creation and added a realistic color variety. Just like the use of Brickarms and Brickforge enhance MOCs and make them more realistic in their own, related way. |

Good use of SNOT, the interior of your building is great. I think that I would just tell you to try to hide some of the exposed bottoms of bricks/plates. Nice work. |
