I made this creation just to try out some rock detail techniques. It was originally going to be a lot bigger but I basically exhausted my supply of dark gray slopes to make this. I also tried to make some snot water, which I don't have much experience with. I added in a light brick at the last moment just to play around with some cool lighting.

I like this vignette, not as cool as the gnome hideout, but still cool. The arch is very cool. But i don't like the use of space. Lame comment, I know. |

I noticed over the top of the arch you just mad two long slopes using slanted pieces and on the wall the arch comes out of.... well.... its actually a wall. Maybe you could try to make it look a little more rock-like and not as linear. Still a very fine lego creation.
Thanks for the comments everyone! E chr1s, thanks for the criticism and I know what you mean about the un-rocklike part, in my description it explains that I ran out of good slanted pieces, so I was forced to either just give up or I could make do with what I had and make it look a bit odd. |
