Nice job on the rocks! The water may need some work. Maybe a mix of colors underneath several clear or lightly colored layers? I don't have much for trans colored pieces, so I used real water for mine, although some might consider that cheating... Check this guy's water, just as an example. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/217516 Anyway, nice build, Dude!
