About this creation

The 91st Reconnaissance Corps was a division of Clone Troopers in the Republic's Clone Army. It conssisted of large squads of BARC and ARF troopers and was lead by Jedi Master Oppo Rancisis until his assassination when leadership was handed over to Master Stass Allie. Commander Neyo was in overall command but the unit included notable commanders such as Commander Ponds.

After lots of Ebay searching I finally found some cheap ARF Troopers. I wanted to make this MOC as successful as my Galactic Marines (http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/270831) were so I had to come up with some new designs. I added the bandoleirs, changed the green on the helmets to red and added the unit's symbol where I could and I'm happy with the results.

Commander Neyo was a hard one to make. With no free Clone torso I had to start from scratch and it took me several attempts to make it symetrical.
Neyo was an intensly loyal trooper. During his training he developed a cold personality and rarely saw the lighter side of things. He had few friends but developed a friendship with Commander Bacara of the Galactic Marines. When Order 66 was issued he executed Jedi Master Stass Allia without hesitation.

Hmmm, nice work, nice work. I really like the mask choice for these MiniFigs, it really suits. The only issue I have is the Commander feels out of place with the rest, mainly due to the fact you used the standard trooper torso for the Troops and a custom torso for the Commander. It's not that you did a poor job, it's just doesn't feel like a set having the different torsos. But again, nice work on these.

Yeah I understand what you mean. The trouble is I always keep my custom figures and I quickly ran out of clones. So without spending a ridiculous amount on sets or single figures I just make my own bodies. But yeah I completely understand what you mean
