After weeks of building I've finally completed my latest creation and it's one of my best IMO. It's a '33 Ford Roadster that's red and has white and red interior, suicide doors, removable hood and the best feature... a working convertible roof! It's also got working steering, chrome smoothie rims, side exhausts, big V8 engine and a white and red chequed floor in the interior. Please rate and comment and I hope you enjoy looking at my latest rod! Thanks
About this creation
This rod is dedicated to my Grandpa who sadly passed away on the 18th of June 2011
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends

Great building techniques must run in the family. The body of the '33 Ford Roadster is captured almost perfectly (the sides where the engine is exposed is what I mean, how-ever, some of the '33 Ford Roadsters have part of the engine open on the sides (me; engine en-closed completely is a must). Keep building and more technics will follow. P.S. the design of the convertible roof is great feature to an "Old Classic" or in other words "an oldie but a goodie".
Hey thanks for the comment |

A bit of a coincidence how two Aussies post red convertibles at the same time >.< Great model, you're deffinately improving your skills. The folding roof is a real treat, and from personal experience, making it is harder than it looks :) Steering is also a bonus. Great work once again 5/5 I'm sorry to hear about your grandad, I'm sure he would be very proud of you. |

I agree; this is your best yet. So smooth and simple looking, which is the beauty of Hot Rods that seems to be missing from a lot of those on MOCpages. Well done for adding some technical features too. 5 out of 5 - you're getting your name up there with some great builders now : ) |
