This is my first creation posted on Mocpages!!
It's the first module of a Modular Winter Village I'm workin' on and features, as you can see, the Bakery, built exactly as in the set. It's not 100% finished but I hope you enjoy it nevertheless...
About this creation

I decided to modify the christmas tree stall because I was not fully pleased with; so I made it bigger, with a brand new top, and with a decoration an the front. In the next module you'll see another stall in the same style, but with a bbq.
And... is that a police road block? Who knows what will happen in the next module!!

There's a VW Minivan with snowboarders in the middle of the (snowy) street. I'm not 100% happy with the doors of the minivan because it's not possible to close them; I am thinking I'll rebuild it with a sliding door (made with battle droid arms, I already studied it with LDD).

But, hey, wait a moment... what is that slimy, smelly, green stuff dripping from the dumpster?
Thankfully two brave hazmat guys are already on the job!!

A skier sits on a bench, having some rest after a day on the ski slopes, and eating a pizza with his friend, the snowboarder. Actually, I am waiting for Serie 5 snowboarder, so I'll put the minig right close to the bench and the snowboard on the top of the minivan.

In the meantime a poor hiker slipped on a banana and most likely he broke a leg; now he's waiting to be stretchered off.

But what are those two grey cables coming out from underneath? Did somebody say Lifelites? Yeah, right! So, let's turn off the light (in the room) and turn on the Lifelites..

That's all for the moment... Stay tuned for the next modules!!

I'm in love with the van, do you have a instruction of it??
I simply downloaded the Lego Rock Band tour bus building instructions from this link:
http://cache.lego.com/eng/downloads/club/clubcodes/rockband.pdf
and them I made some changes (the doors, the interior, etc). |

Welcome, lighting looks wonderful, love the van and the use of grills for tyre marks is clever! Keep up the good work! |

Hey! This is an outstanding first MOC! I'm 45 and it's good to see someone else taking the plunge. It's a very detailed and bold MOC. Check out the work of Brian Lyles as well. He's done some great work with modular winter buildings. Regards, Eric. |
