Quoting cyberfrank 2010
I ll say they finally give it justice! small pics are nt practical, and close ups are definitively nice, it s very interesting how the trucks differ from a country to another, there is no such hook system around quebec, where I live, it s a real cool system, it s impressive, it must be hard to run on standard lego roads, my recycling semi is a nightmare, lol! it s not based on a real truck though.
Thanks! Yeah it was one of my first postings and i still needed to learn a few things about page layout :-) The truck setup has been used for many years in sweden to handle regular palleted cargo and was approved a few years ago in our country. I've never seen this setup as a fuel transport anywhere in scandinavia but i figured is was a cool way to use the extra parts left over from extending the trailer. Here (as in sweden i think) these trucks are only allowed on freeways and on accessways to certain industrial areas. I guess because they ARE difficult to handle on smaller roads :-)
