Customised Limousine
About this creation
This is my interpretation of Mercedes 500 SE 126. The original, the real one has a big sentimental value for me, as it used to be my father's vehicle.
I have put some effort to build this one, as I did not intend to buy additional parts, I just used the parts that I have got.
I tried to make it at least close to the original one, though I decided to lower the rooftop a little bit, just in order to make it more "aggressive."
The car is playable, the pictures are not modified.
Hope you'll enjoy.

I don't think so. It is very well proportioned, otherwise it wouldn't be as recognizable as this. You could turn it into something pimped, a custom Benz with a lowered roof.
Well, I can already pretend that it was meant to be pimped ;) |

GREAT!!Can you provide lego instructions for that!
Thanks! Unfortunately, the car does not longer exist in my Lego garage... I have to destroy my creations so that I can build new ones, as I don't buy additional bricks yet. So I can't provide you with a full instruction. Though, I if you want I can re-create the hood- I think it is the most complicated part in this.

Thanks for the feedback guys! As for the roof- I know it is much too steep and too low. In general - let's face it - this model is completely out of proportion ;). I'm glad that You like it anyhow! |

This looks great! I like this car, but the roof looks a bit squashed which is the reason for the over slanted windscreed. A great build other than that though! |

I like the W126 and this is very good. However, I think the windshield is too slanted. I have tried to build this car few months ago in the same scale as this, but I failed and you suceeded and did a great job. ;) |

I have updated the pictures. Some things about the car didn't seem right for me and so I decided to change it a little bit. |
