I really, really dislike GIMP(TM). It has to be the most annoying program ever. Anyway, sorry Eric, with all my exams and such, I completely forgot about this. Keep in mind, maximum effort, maximum reward, and that I challenged myself to build this with ONLY the pieces from an alien conquest set and a little outside help... oh, if anyone could recommend a better free editing software than GIMP, please, let me know....
About this creation

Yuri out to get his revenge... shhh.... GIMP screwed up here a little, so I'm leaving it at the cut is just because Yuri cut the cockpit....

Mr. Slowick: IS the monodige-camera rolling? Oh, right, sorry... Hello there folks. F.I. design manager Mr. Slowick, me, is here to
show you a brand new preview of a great new product coming from F.I. It's called the Scuba Glider and is here to meet all your commercial water-travel needs.

Mr. Slowick: ...and here are the artificial 20,000 watt ultra powerful survey lights, equipped with deep sea surveyors, ultra violet scanners, infrared scanners and lasers you know, because giving your 15 year old daughter lasers is really the brightest idea you've ever had....

Mr. Slowick: Here, the ultra fiber sound proof insulated cover. Able to withstand up to 20,000 KpA. We also offer the up gradable version for families that want to travel even deeper....

MR. Slowick: The inside. Nice and cozy for a single pilot cockpit, eh? The controls are not very complex, for the ease of you stupid fat consumers*cough*. There are merely 2 joysticks: one controls depth lever, and the other direction. Our state-of-the-art mini navirator will control everything else... please note that the navirator is sold seperately.

Mr. Slowick: For those of you worried about only one room, relax, we've got space for your kids and families.... our alternate navi-pod. Please note each Scuba glider only comes with 1 navi-pod. Additional navi-pods sold separately. It also acts as a medical bay, just so you don't get too worried about those shark attacks, eh?
How you doing in there son?
Son: Liek, i is der Cloone Kiddie
MR. Slowick: That's nice son *muttering* knew I should've sent him to boarding school....

width="500" height="375" alt="">
Mr. Slowick: the main attraction, the v-8 T-23 sub-TTTT 4 engines. designed to run on C3H8, this baby has 60,000,000 mol of particle quantity per reved.

The engines are very nice as well, with keeping you satisfied in mind, we've attached movable nozzles, you know, for your convenience... you fat sloppy hogs...

*Camera shuts off*
Mr. Slowick: Alright, time to take this thing for a spin...
Yuri (under breath): the only thing spinning will be your head, Mr. Slowick...

The combined scores for this entry, from all the judges, was 50 points. You recieved first place. However, so did Sebeus. If you don't have any suggestions there will be a tie breaker round to declare the victor. Please reply in the group so I don't have to track down the reply.

Ok lets see your score is: Build: 5 Orignality: 5 Presentation: Would have been a 5 but the editing makes it a 4. I think it would have beeen better without the editing.

Quoting Ben (Flare) . Pretty good! I have to disagree with you, GIMP is an excellent tool if you know how to use it, I use it on every photo I take.
I think I accidentally wrote that while I was in a hurry.... but unwittingly, I have come to learn GIMP can be a VERY useful program... :)

Quoting George G. Nearlly all the pieces from this are from the AC Tripod Invader :) I'd know because I just bought it.... Good job on it though!
Good eye! Literally, the day I got it, I realized I had this contest to do, so I decided to use the tripod pieces (which were surprisingly excellent) to build it.

Quoting yama masa Nice! I really like the pod... Hum... I'd like to get more of them. This creation reminds me of an underwater vehicle which Obi-Wan was riding in the second episode of season three. Anyway, nice job!
Thanks!

Quoting Eric 'Hawk' Mickle I use GIMP, I'm okay with it (it probably helps that I took a computer design class). The build is good, but I think it should be larger, 4/5.
Maybe I just need more practice. Maybe I'll try a computer design class sometime.... thanks. I was wondering the same thing, but with so many LEGO projects, I needed to make something.... anyway, thanks!
Quoting Eric 'Hawk' Mickle Throwing in your Bounty Hunter certainly makes this original, the choice of going with an aquadic ship does as well; 5/5.
Hehe, I knew Yuri would help... my assass. mission is coming out soon... you never know, this could be the target ;)...
Quoting Eric 'Hawk' Mickle The presentation was nice, but the insults to the buyer might stir an attack from the larger companies; 3/5. >Eric
Woops. I thought the insults might help... would I get extra score if I took it out? If not, that's okay, thanks for the score!
