Mr. John Jameson's journey through Middle Earth
...also known as "The journey of the fellowship" (the collaboration)
About this creation
Alright, my post of the LotR-collaboration from the gang - in a different way, hehe!

Let's start:

Mrs. Leda "speaks to fast to understand" Kat with her most awesome rendition of Bree - Congrats again of winning the award for best small building!!!
BTW: I forgotten to take pictures of Hobbiton, so Johns journey started in Bree...

My favourite picture - John chasing the Ringwraith (which chase Glorfindel)!

Mr. Jameson arrived Rivendell - so a great model from Maste Dave "challenging in best large building" Kaleta (Insider)

John surrounded by orc in Durins tomb - this picture doesn't show the the wholde display of Moria from Dr. Lee "generous sponsor" Jones!

Though it's not the best picture (explanation in the commentary) I like it - Treebeard by Mr. Shannon "forgot to take his sig-figgy home" Ocean want to grab some stuff in the "battle" of Isengard!

John in Walhalla?! No on the top of Dennis "Glomshire Knights" Price - awesome!

Great bottle in perspective to a great rendition of Helms Deep - by Tyler "corrupted by the dark side" Halliwell!

The new steward of Gondor?! John looks "cute" in comparison to the most amazing Minas Tirith of Chris "slave driver" Phipson and Mark "in absentia" Kelso!!!

Dedicated to Mr. Bones - John on his Osgiliath contribution - I know it is no Bushmills but still great Irish Whiskey!

Stop by in the city of the Witchking - By Dave "busy coordinator" Sterling - pure awesomness!!!

That's obviously the "even more evile creatures in mordor" behind the black gate, made from Heath "smash brother and professionel drunk" Flor!!!

He (John) was witness in the final moments of the journey in Mt. Doom - by Anthony Dunne!

And last but not least John in front of my "humble and destructed" contribution - Barad-dr

Fourth Age Commentary:

This was originally just for fun, when Heath and me shared some good Jameson, I put the bottle in front of BD for a picture for my own - but then we came up with doing a "Mr. John Jameson journey" - the idea was born!

To the execution: I know that some photos are pretty bad, wiggly and blurry - but I was so exhausted and tired of rebuilding BD that my hands were only chattering, with the consequence of some bad photos!
Heath have probably better photos of it!

I'll add links to each creation oce they were post by the gang!!!

it was awesome to meet you, and I am glad the the bottle was unable to conquer Helm's Deep.

Since the bottle's almost empty, I guess I'll blame the blurry pictures on that. :P

Hahaha! That's hilarious! Was great meeting you and sorry we didn't get to chat... the kiwi accent is just too thick and speedy that you couldn't understand me at all, but it was made worse by the fact that when I talk to somebody from another language who clearly can't understand me I tend to talk even faster out of nervousness!

Love it! The Whiskey fits right in to the fantasy theme (because you have fantasies right before you pass out of "having a tad too much" whiskey), and all of the buildings are accurate, I would know, I read the whole series.

AMAZING work you did for the colab, Kevin! So sorry I wasn't able to get up there to meet you in person. Sounds like an unforgettable weekend, and I hope it was well worth the lengths you had to go to in order to get there (I have no doubt it was TOTALLY worth it!). We couldn't have done it without you, man - brilliant stuff!!!!

This is one of my favorite moments from Brickworld 2011. As Heath said somewhere else...my liver is going to need a year to recover. Great builds by everyone and thanks for the good times guys!

The stuff still tastes like paint thinner. But the company more than made up for that. Nice to meet you man, and I look forward to spending more time with you next year. Lee.

That roof never made it home intact-we hit a bump going out of Chicago and I heard the unmistakable crunch of Bricks giving way. Still, too fun!
