My entry for the category hero factory villain in the 2011 Bio-thon!

STORY: Hatchet was an early model made by hero factory to stop henchmen of Von Nebula. He got the name hatchet by an employee who took a liking to the hatchet shapes on the sides of his head. (yeah, they are hatchet pieces.) They devised an odd power that allowed him to slow down or speed up the reflexes of an opponent or ally, making them easier or harder to hit. He was sent on a mission to neutralize one of Von Nebula's weaker henchmen, as a test run. Unfortunately, the prototype hatchet gained further sentience than they had anticipated in the test run. Hatchet became bitter at how they treated his like a guinea pig, and fled the scene. Later, he joined Von Nebula's forces to get revenge on the people who treated his so badly.
No, he's not based off Von nebula. Sure, I took some ideas, like hand attachments to hold weapons better, and the mask, but I didn't even notice he looked like Von Nebula till I was nearly done.
His custom greebly upper arms, and his spiky back. The spiky back is my favorite part.
His lower legs. Rather similar to one of Adam Toh's recent Mocs. Except I've had this guy built for a while now...
His feet. Actually, I think this is the best part. Hm... They are rather good, don't you think?
His back. Not sure what happened to the picture here...
You can see the angle I used for his back spikes. And yes, that is a hero core in his head. Try it when you can. It's like the hero core was MADE for hydraxon's mask!

The other side of his over-greebled upper arms. I like the look of the little blue greebles all over his body!
Unlike Von Nebula, His chest cavity is as full as possible. I wanted to make a point of how Von Nebula could be better. Did anyone else notice that the advertised picture has about 5 logical fallicies
His battle axe. I think it looks rather good on him...
His victory dance. (I didn't say they programmed cool into him...)
A close-up. Simple, but it looks good.
His dark matter staff. He can form a ball of dark matter on the tip and hurl it at opponents. Due to the nature of dark matter, upon contact with the normal matter of his opponent, the target violently explodes. It takes time to recharge.
