This is a 2007 Seagrave Pumper on a Marauder II Chassis. It is powered by a Catarpiller C13 525 hp Diesel engine and has a 1500 gpm Waterous single stage pump and a 750 gallon water tank. It has a 10 Kw Harrison generator and roll up compartment doors.
About this creation
Seagraveís first cab forward design, the cab-forward K model chassis, was introduced in 1959. It featured Seagraveís innovative tube steel frame. The tube steel frame still is used today. The Marauder II Cab is the only cab of its type to offer a rigid stainless steel subassembly that total surrounds the crew. It has the highest strength to weight ratio in a stainless steel cab design.
Seagrave Fire Apparatus is the oldest' continuous manufacturer of fire apparatus in North America. Seagrave was founded in Detroit 1881 by Frederic Scott Seagrave, a Massachusetts native. In 1891 the business was moved to Columbus, Ohio. When FWD purchased Seagrave in 1963 production was moved to Clintonville, Wisconsin. Seagrave has a Canadian manufacturing operation in Carleton Place, Ontario. Today the Seagrave Group is a flagship company of ELB Capital Management.

I like everything but the front. Perhaps the headlights just need to be bigger, and you got yourself a winner. But everything else is top-notch.
The headlights are my first try at something different. Headlights on real Seagraves donít go as far as the sides. I think that the problem is that there is no space between the headlights and the grill.
