About this creation
OK, I thought I'll write another chapter of my Encounter story, let's just start up the LDD and get some pictures for it... wait, what's this? an update, OK, let's install it and see what we get... WHAT?! EVERY BRICK* IN EVERY COLOUR!! Argggghhhh back to the drawing board!
(*actually some of the really old cool ones like the downward facing control panels still aren't available)
So since then I've been using my scarce free time to learn what can be done with the new improved LDD and below is my first offering - which will go into a story soon - but just wanted to show off what I've been building...
This is the Hyperspace Cruiser, an exploration vessel designed for short missions
She has a crew of six (you'll learn more about them soon) - five are currently hard at work on the bridge
the final crew member, the engineer, is catching a little shut eye in the rudimentary crew bunk area

That can't be LDD, because I don't have some of those pieces on my version! Unless I've yet to recieve an update, then you couldn't have built this on that program! Granted, the graphics look right for LDD, but seriously?! Ok, ranting over... Good job with this, I really like the bridge. |
