Aerial Monarth
About this creation
Yeah, a V2 of my selfmoc. Also as you can notice, I changed my username along with this. I was considering it for some time now, and did it finally. Monarth received new arms and a few armor upgrades around his body. I'm glad he's still very stable.

Name: Monarth
Gender: Male
Species: Draken
Occupation: Guarding Treadanus Nui
Title(s): The Core Guardian, The Great Guardian
Element: Shadow with some psychic powers
Signature move: "The Deadly Dance"

During his duty, Treadanus Nui gifted Monarth with heavier armor, a strikeshield and thrusters allowing him to fly faster. He could already fly with his psychic powers or dragon form, but both had flaws, as psychic flight was slow and dragon form takes long time to transform into, which Monarth doesn't bother to do.

His thrusters emit besides air, also shadow. They allow him to have a few new techniques up his sleeve, as techniques are the most important thing a draken can have, because they are martial artists.

A new technique he invented using the new faster flight capability is something he calls "The Deadly Dance". Other moves he uses are smokescreen and "Thunder Punch", using his strikeshield.

Even though the guardian of Treadanus Nui has changed often, everyone of them are mistakenly considered "Great Guardians", even though only the original guardian was the strongest and wisest. The later guardians didn't keep themselves worth the title, considering themselves too weak, including Monarth, still being very strong himself. But all of them were not to tell their opinions as they were not going outside the core.

Even with his shield, he can still handle his weapon.

The Guardian standing fully armed.

Quoting Clever Crowe He looks heavy (and I mean that in a GOOD way: the upper thigh and shoulder thickness are L337) ; do those last two pairs of Friction Joints (ankle connects) give you any stability probs? Just curious - CHEERS on this Flyguy!
I can say that the lower leg gives an increase in posability, which allows more balance to harder poses if angled correctly. They remain quite sturdy and works on larger mocs too as a custom structure. (Look at Monarth's later versions for example) So all in all, they do not give trouble in stability, as long as they're not loose and you have enough skill to pose them correctly.

this moc is truly amazing ,but the key things to look at are the arms and legs, genius work! I love how you made the spine thing on his head, clever idea! 5/5 also, like how he has jets and not wings, very bionicle like!

Very nice! He seems very bulky, which looks good overall, but the feet seem tiny in comparison. Great Job!
