New Brickton Fleet Shot & Updates
2011 fleet shot for New Brickton Fire/Rescue
About this creation
If it's built it's here!

New Brickton Fire had a humble beginning in 2002. Operating 2 engines, 1 ladder, 1 rescue, and 1 chief car. Throughout the past 9 years the department has evolved and grown to operate 17 engines, 6 ladders, 3 squad engines, 2 rescues, a two piece haz-mat company, 1 ARFF crash truck, multiple support units, 1 fire boat, and 7 chief/command staff vehicles.

New Brickton Fire/Rescue also boasts an impressive reserve fleet of 3 engines, 1 squad engine, and 1 ladder.

Also pictured in the photos is the 1998 Pierce Quantum, a replica of my fire departments primary engine and an ambulance used for incident photos.

I have always enjoyed this hobby, and continue to look forward into the future for ways to make New Brickton Fire/Rescue an exciting and cutting edge department. Thanks to all the members of the LMFD, you have made this hobby fun the past 5 years!

Comments and questions are always welcome, enjoy everyone!

I think I can answer for Paul here these were made before the days of LDD when builders had to use pictures and use their hands.

Nope, same old trans red light Lego has been making for years. It might just be the lighting in the room.

I had a station or two built at on time but ran out of parts and money to continue building stations and trucks, so I just stuck with building trucks.
Quoting Chris Sullivan-Irwin man i love your rigs! tower 6 looks nice too! have you ever built any stations for these bad boys?

Quoting James Keatley its great to finally see it all together, i have one question though, are the reds in the lighbars a different shade of transred? and if so what exactly are they, i've only just noticed with that lighting.

Wow - what an outstanding collection! I'd love to have the chance to see these in person some time. But, meanwhile this is a great post to show off the entire fleet, and some of a the great detail work on the individual units.

Wow, simply awesome work! I love the new KME's, especially the FDNY-style hosebeds! Also, awesome job switching the cabs of Squad 1 and Tower 6. They really look nice! It's also nice to see a Lego department with a Reserve fleet. Adds to the realism. Can't wait to see more Paul and keep up the great work!

Wow Paul. I didn;t think it was that many apparatus until you look at them all together. I like the new KME engines but love the new Squad 1 and Ladder 6. Definitely an outstanding job. Also, when do you plan on doing another incident. It's been a while seeing New Brickton in action.
