Here's my entry into the entry round for the second Bio Build Off Athon =D Also this time around I will be entering the contest I created O-o scary. Any who here's the link to the topic yo.

With the prolonged deployment of Matoran Mechs and now the refitting of Silver Council army personnel, the Tech has been designing a new battle strategy. Most of the current forces are a mixture of random small Techs that operate in swarm or small squad like tactics. Others are larger brutish walking tanks and other large vehicle sized Techs ('documentation' is currently being gathered of such units) Average Tech soldier are rather small weak physically but had made up for this in plenty of firepower, vast numbers, and total efficiency. Now because of stronger individual targets more Techs are being destroyed in comparison to successful territory gained. Efficiency ratio has essentially dropped to low so a new special soldier has been produced.

The Tech Elite Trooper or TET is a specialized individual fighter that is on par with a Toa for basic strengths but has the logistics and computing ability of a Tech with an advanced computer built into the head. Much has been learned from captured and dissected Silver Council Toa's and built into these units. They have a similar shield system but use a solid state shield that can repel nearly all attack for a brief amount of time before it has to be reset. On the arm is a shield emitting crystal for a concentrated shield.

On the back is the main sheild generator as well as power source for the tech. Also designed into the legs is the possibility for further advancements in the way of augments or possibly Mechs

Each TET is exactly the same upon production but gains separate first hand battle knowledge and learns as it fights. Once it connects to a com beacon it can share this tactical knowledge that is readily accessible for other TETs to regularly update on changing enemy tactics.
Each TET is specially equipped for its mission but a standard weapon is the Multi Fire Assault Rifle or MF-AR. Regular fire is single shots, burst or full auto.

Secondary fire is using a scope for strong single shots and it can be used as a mid to long range rifle.

The back section of the gun comes off as it is the ammo clip that fuels this beast of a gun.

Side Note: 16 Tech Elite Troopers had to be designed until a final version was able to successfully defeat and kill a captured veteran Toa solider that was allowed just enough rest and energy to be able to fight between each failed attempt.

I can see that alot of thinking went into the machine's body portion! The limbs look pretty good as well, especially the arms. :) Though I can't help but think that something like extra thrusters should have been added to the leftover ball-joint in the back of the lower leg.

Very cool. The build is nice, and the colors work well. I like the head, its big size kind of give a japanese mecha style. Or maybe its just me. See ya in the arena!

Nice moc.The build is good,and so are his colors.Though I think his head,while cool,is a bit too big for him and also he could use a bit more armor in some places.But the overall is nice,keep it up!

Thanks, I was trying to use the main body of the basic Tech still, while acheiving something very Toa like. I also wanted to try out some different building techniqes, I especially like how the elbow joint and lower leg turned out. Yeah I noticed that about the name XD
