On [REDACTED] of 20XX, an unidentified space craft of alien origin crash-landed in [REDACTED], Hokkaido, Japan. Upon the recovery of this craft, [REDACTED] was found within. Upon [REDACTED] we were briefed on [REDACTED]. In exchange for our cooperation, [REDACTED] was authorized to give [REDACTED] technology to us for full employment in our endeavor to [REDACTED].

Among the technologies given to us were these strange crystals referred to as "Lifestones". These "Lifestones" were used by [REDACTED] as a power source for all energized technology.

The crystals were an interesting archeological find on [REDACTED], orbiting [REDACTED], which seemed to defy known physics. In the presence of sapient emotion, these crystals produce harness-able energy in direct proportion.

According to internal memos, these "Lifestones" will be used as the primary power source of our Mobile Armor System line of combat machines. [REDACTED] will be teaching us extensively the method of integrating these crystals into our circuitry.

Also, as part of this directive, we are required to create a physical proximity between our potential pilot candidates and the crystals. The Japanese Prime Minister, who is ultimate head of our department, insists that only those who produce the brightest glows from these crystals will be viable pilots.

The following is a photograph of the first contact incident, between one of [REDACTED] crystals and pilot candidate Ishikawa Hikaru. The brightness of the crystal is best described as "nearly overwhelming" and is recorded as being one of the brightest reactions to date.

This experiment was carried out by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense on their insistence.

I decided to whip up this MOC because I recently disclosed the details of it, to some degree, on a forum elsewhere on the internet and felt it would be wrong of me to not disclose them to you all here as well.

The ZX Taisen project is on hold for a while as I work on some other game and coding projects, but eventually I will get this thing off the ground.

Quoting Rabid Goldfish Neat idea, and what program did you use to modify that photo? I recently started using GIMP, and I would like to know how to do a glint like that. ^Blub^

I use The GIMP 2.6 (something of a GIMP veteran here). The glint is just liberal application of the Supernova filter (Filters -> Light and Shadow -> Supernova).
