About this creation
My G1 Perceptor MOC, created to add to to the growing list of my G1 Season three character motif legoformers! (and a few more still to come). I would also like to thank fellow MOCcer and king of Lego, Orion Pax click here for his past inspirational MOC of Perceptor which aided in my decision to move this character up closer to the top of my legoformer "to do" list. Perceptor transforms without removal or addition of parts (except his rifle and launcher) from microscope to Autobot scientist and back again. He is somewhere in scale between one of my car and leader class legoformers. Please check him out, rate and comment!

Cheers and happy building, BOYZWITHTHEMOSTTOYZ!

no stickers just the autobot symbol, those are printed pieces, as for the other mode I though it was ridiculous as a kid and I didn't bother to show it here either. But you just twist the legs around and point the shoulder cannon upward and voila mode 3!
Quoting Hun-grr Terrorcon Great chest and head! The alt mode is a little loose tough... Don't forget his 3d "tank" mode, Chris! Can you make pics of him in 3d mode? Are those stickers on his feet? Any way take a look at Sky Linx, TA DADA!: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/270371 Neat, huh?

I am pretty sure we don't see Pereceptor until the movie where we get a glipse of most of the Season 3 characters! Nope: I stand corrected I think you are right, I think we see him in the Dinobot island episode which I think was before the movie!
Quoting Ahpolki Ihu Very cool MOC, but Perceptor actully first appeared in Season 2. I do belive. I think he appaer beofre the episode about Cybertuniam.

microscope, like gun, camera and cassette player etc.. were "borrowed" from the Microman: Microchange line in Japan by Takara / Hasbro. That's how we got most of the non vehicle mode transformers into the North American mix! Redecoed and resold to us as Transformers in NA!
Quoting M<0><0>DSWIM ! Awesome work, as usual, Chris! I always wondered what the point of having a robot transform into a microscope was. Both forms look great!
