MOCIA 2, pt 52
The first practical Interactive Adventure in MOC form, and still the most popular. Continuing from last time's episode, we have...
About this creation
...doors. FASCINATING!

May not look like it, but that's the very model of an omnidirectional hazmat shower. How's it work? Well, it's quite simple. First you stand in it wearing your contaminated suit. It sprays jets of water from above and below, simultaneously. Nobody knows the temperature of the water, since if you're wandering about in a hazmat situation aboard a spacecraft without an envirosuit, you'll be dead long before you get to the shower. Then, you stand in it without your formerly contaminated suit. It's generally concurred that the water is both ice-cold, computer aimed and laser-guided to strike sensitive regions of the body with considerable force and a minimum of warning.

So, what'll you do?

A: leave,
or
B: toy with the console.

You have until the 22nd.

B. BTW, did you invent this format? I've seen alot of imitators out there, both good and bad, but none of them seem to be older than yours.

@ Deus: You are accurate, if not rude. It's good to know your big nose always stands vigil to insert itself into my business. I stand corrected, Areetsa was the first. I shall strive to improve my reading skills.

nope, he thought of the name, ask him yourself, and i looked myself, and my creation was added before his, I checked the dates just to make sure XD But then he deleted it... oh well his was like 1 or 2 weeks after mine, he had the idea for a series, he just used my character choosing method, as shown here.http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/232594 just look down the conversation, sadly i was more or less disrespectful back then XD

Quoting Keith Goldman BTW, did you invent this format? I've seen alot of imitators out there, both good and bad, but none of them seem to be older than yours.
Well, it's a sort of yes and no; to the best of my knowledge, I was the first to try and make an interactive moc-comic that runs on a vote system, but I'm not really sure where the idea came from, and apparently Shannon Young had a similar concept that he never did anything with. I think part of the idea came from those "trapped in a room" flash games, but I can't really be sure; it's been about 18 months since I started the first one, so I've got no clue.
Quoting Deus Otiosus A. @ Keith: he's first. Reading helps, I've ahd use of it a lot in the past.
There's nothing wrong with Keith's reading. Thing is, though, that bit at the top reads a bit like bragging; which it kind of is.
Quoting Caleb Robinson, The MC @ Keith, there is another format similar you this, called CYOA, which i invented, sadly there are over 50 copies of it, the same goes for MOCIA.
I thought Mickle had the first one of those?

Lolwut? The very nature of a MOCIA set is that it's thrown together in about 15 minutes to fill a role expressed in a single sentence and a small line drawing on a map. By their very definition, they're big white half-boxes with stuff on the walls.
