This is cool! I like the idea with the structure design in the middle.
Thanks Dustin, I was thinking about making it in the actual middle of the plate itself, but due to the size of the speeder, I really couldnt. I had to put a 2x2 plate under the speeder followed by a swively doo dad. So the speeder looks like it's actually hovering and can actually turn diagnolly and what not.
Ps- while I was moving the thing, i didn't think to seperate the speeder and the base plate, thanks to a unforseen bout of luck of physics the thing never got seperated from the base plate, not really sure how, but I'll take it! |

Nice work, you didn't overcrowd it and you had a good story to back up the visuals. Good luck in the contest!

I like it! You did a excellent job with the top of the tower and I like the doors! On the critique side of things I would mention that you could have done a better job taking the pictures. Also you could have made a larger ground so that it was not so crowded. I like it though you did well keep it up!
Thank you sir! As far as a bigger ground? Well, I'd love to, really would like to get some more base plates, but the old lady says "If you buy anymore legos, I'll probably disown you." I dont want to take that risk! At least..well... I'll do it in secret and hope for the best!
The only reallllly big base plate one I have is, is the god awful grey colored one, which is currently on display in the living room. It holds all the atlantis stuff I have. Haven't taken a picture because it's technically not a moc, but it does provide a good conversation piece when friends and family come over. Plus the little ones like to play with it.

Solid entry Jeff, I like the concept and the tower itself. Also, you can't go wrong with corrupt cops. Looks like another victory for the MLRC: best of luck in the contest! |

Yeah, I'm not a fantastic photagrapher, working on it though. I'll post some pics of the police craft sometime soon. Maybe after the regulators do some work on it and make it their own! Besides Summer has been complaining about the crampt space of the crow, and the open-ness of the hover bike! Women, there just isn't any pleasing them sometimes!
Ps my old lady has officially declared that I am a super geek! |
