About this creation
I finally got hold of some more wing plates and sloping bricks and decided to completely rebuild my sukhoi SU-37. I also obtained enough round bricks to build some serious bombs and missiles this time around! Here is the result - i know that weapons and some details are not 100% accurate but i think it looks really mean this way. And i didn't have the bricks i needed to complete the details i wanted.
I originally intended to rebuild it in two shades of grey (and with another cockpit) but found that i had no where near the amount of grey bricks i would need. Looks really cool in black though, a real enemy fighter if one is needed to fight your 'sonic boom' kit.
Below is a close-up of the weapons payload. four missiles and a bomb on each side. Since it's original role is as a fighter airplane exclusively and i already added the bombs i thought: Oh, why not.. i'll fit in a GAU-8Ain the nose too! In real life the combined weight of the weapons would probably cause it to drop from the sky like a stone! Or at least severely impair its famous agility in the air.
All in all i am very happy with the result. i certainly got the wing shape almost 100% accurate! Below is a representation of the real deal.

Good job, the last pic before the real Su-37 schematic is my favorite. You've got the look spot on even if the details aren't quite 100%, great job. |

Wow, The first one was good but this is excellent. I love the birds eye view - very accurate. The payload is awesome. Black Lego rules :) but it's difficult to photo. Great job all round. |
