Blizzard is the Commander of the Alpha Class Team, he is teamed up with Hailstorm, Hydroblast, Bio Hazard, Hyper Gold Evo, BackFire and Onyx
Blizzard is in fact the older bother of Stormer 2.0, what little resemblance he shares with Stormer is the same white armor and shield|weapon.
as for the rest of his body is so blue is due to him adapting the harsh freezing cold
it could be the ice crystal infused inside his hero core which could explain why his whole body is blue and emits a freezing aura.
Blizzard is a powerful ally have to fight against the fire lord,
he is also known as Freezing Death, he carry's a powerful ice spear as his primarily weapon,his spear is both made out of metal and ice [why you ask?] the blade is for penetrating one's thick armor and the ice spike can then freeze the villain from the inside. or he can fire an ice spike into the air where it will split into many segment and will rain down a freezing blizzard hail storm, his mighty spear is powered by a Cold Fusion Generator[why Cuz it sounds cool] on his right arm he has a Quadruple Ice Spike Bowgun Launcher which is powered by another hero core.
He has a second form where his whole body turns blue and so cold he is Absolute Zero it's a dangerous transformation.
