Rayquaza, #384
Here is the green flying serpent that everyone loves. Enjoy!
About this creation

Rayquaza is one of the biggest and most flexible Pokemon I have ever built. Also the best looking, in my opinion. The only detail I really missed was the yellow circle on its head. Honestly, I don't really think it affects it.

I meant it when I said it was big. It is over 4 and a half feet long when straight.

Rayquaza's jaw is attached by a hinge, allowing the mouth to be opened.

Rayuaza's flexible body was made in sections such as these. There are a total of, including the head and tail, 9 sections

They are attached to each other using this very basic technique

Just to give you an idea just how flexible it is. It could be more, but then it would look wierd

How I did the arms

A minifigure. Minifig scale does NOT describe this Rayuaza

And this is why you do not bother oversized Rayquazas

Another cool pose

Ooh! Shiny! The only thing better than a giant Rayquaza is a giant shiny Rayquaza

And last, is a reference picture.

STATS:
Parts:547
Cost: Not buyable, but it would probably be around $103.92 (thats the cost when you use buyable bricks... it looks pretty ugly though)

Hmm, Very Nice Overall Shape, I Could Instantly Tell That This Was Rayquaza. My Only Concern Lies With The Arms, I Know Ray's Arms Are Small But I Feel Like You Could Beef Them Up Slightly, Maybe Adding Small Claws. Other Than That, Very Nice Build.

Quoting Paul Romano Pretty cool! I'm not really into Pokemon, but I know of Rayquaza from Super Smash Bros Brawl, where you have to fight him in the Story mode. Your creation is a great representation of him!
Super Smash Bros Brawl was the first time I ever saw Rayquaza

Quoting Shadow Master X Yes, it IS minifig scale. Rayquaza is 23 feet tall.
With snake-like Pokemon like Arbok and Rayquaza, they measure it from head to tail. Plus, one battle with Rayquaza in Super Smash Bros. Brawl is enough to say that this creation is macroscale.

Quoting Cody G Wow, this is great! Your best Pokemon yet! The only things I would change are the arms, so they are not so basic. I would probably put red tiles on the ends of the fins, too.
excuse me for asking, but how does being basic harm a MOC?

Quoting Baron Von Ben ~ Heh, very nice! One of my favorite Legendaries! I like the use of the segmenting. I may try my own dub, one day, but out of Bionicles rather than system. One thing I do recomend, though, is added a 1x1 yellow stud below the black bit used as the eye for an iris. Other than that, great job!
I'll probably do that! Thanks for the advice
