Hi Everyone, here is something for the older MOC guys and girls and something the younger members will not have seen. We are all familiar with the lego minifigs, but ... ! how many of you know that back in the eighties lego brought out a second limited edition set of figures. Not many I bet, is the answer, why! because they where conbined with a very small range of sets and could not be purchased other than with these TECHNIC Sets. They came with helmets, ski's and ski poles as most of the sets were winter mountain sets and a plane. They had hinges at the kneels, hips and feet, elbows and shoulders and the necks so they could be moved to match a human. They stood 9cm tall unlike the minifigs who are just 4cm tall. So for thise of you who now build those scale model cars and trucks how about if you had these figures to go with them ? anyone wanting to make an offer can do so ..... ! but remember they are very rare so .... !
