Mr. Stephens, Nightlock is large and robust. She is packed with cool details like the weapons and that excellent bridge. Like many others have already said, your pictures really don't do her justice. I know that we don't all have photo studios in our houses, but here are a few easy fixes that might help you show off this ship better. First, build a small stand (or stands) for the ship, so that it is lifted a few inches off the ground (like jacks under a car). This will help us see her shape better, and also allows you to put weapons on the bottom (everybody likes weapons on the bottom!). Also, consider taking pics of the ship outside, in direct sunlight. It's the cheapest lighting on earth... and it really brings out details. Finally, if you can't do any of that, at least take a second to stretch that white sheet flat beneath the ship. The smooth surface will help her stand out more. Nightlock is a cool ship, and with more effort, your pictures will improve quickly! Attack!

Hey Man, I'm Focusing On The Shape And The Colors In This Comment, So Don't Freak Out If Nothing Else Is Talked About. Anywho, the shape is rather bold by most standards, a break away from more smooth and sleek styles that have seen. The feature placements seem practical, without making awkward protrusions in the shape. The only issue is that it may rub some people the wrong way due to the break from a typical shaping style but that is to be expected when taking risk. The color, the coloring, even with the piece limitations is not awkward, if that is what your're worried about, it flows rather nicely, and even though your coloring uses various shades of the gray scale, with few uses of brighter colors such as red, you have enough to contrast to break up the coloring to make detail work appear more apparent. So, unless you have a major issue with the coloring, aside from the limitation issue with the pieces, I wouldn't change it, seeing that it is suitable for a space cruiser. Hope that helps you gauge how you feel about this MOC.

Thank you for the review, I actually liked the coloring but wondered how other people might take it. I love that you mentioned how it breaks away from typical shapes, I am the kind of person who would rather be unique then blend in. I am also glad that you said it blends well together and has a practical bold shape. Thanks again.

Love it ! Interesting shape for a ship, but well done, ,nicely built and interesting colour scheme. The details with the weaponry look great. The ship looks quite big - I bet you could have fit all sorts of interesting rooms on the inside, shame we only got to see the cockpit :( - Dan

Quoting Jay Rhum This ship is massive and I like its design and shape. As often, I agree with Sebeus: it would be nice to have more pictures(and better quality ones), some others of the interior would be welcome too! I must tell you a secret: Mocpages made buy a good camera! I was really fed up with the rendering of my smartphone(HTC HD2). Maybe you could borrow the one of a friend or something?
Got better pics hope you like em.
