Forward command vehicle & personnel carrier (desert theater)
About this creation
This MOC is based on TheSpectre 117's S.H.I.E.L.D. M717 Fenris High Mobility Advanced Assault Vehicle (HMAAV). You can see one version here:

When I saw his earlier version of this vehicle, I really loved the variation and modular nature of it. Plus, it is a pretty sweet build in general. So I decided I had to have one of my own, so to speak.

I called mine MAVerick for Multi-Assault Vehicle, since different variations would have different functions.

Obviously, the most notable difference is the color scheme. I opted for a desert theme instead of standard issue grey. The second major difference is the surveillance and anti-tank package on the top. It features all the major bells-&-whistles for finding the baddies- infrared, UV, radar, camera, night vision, sound, mammography, etc., plus 2 big anti-tank missiles.

Other minor differences:
Since LDD doesn't offer netting (as far as I know), I dumped the netting and slightly changed the front bumper and the sides. I opted for 2 toolboxes that you can see in some of the last few photos. Interestingly enough, TheSpecter, also added toolboxes to his latest creation; I promise mine was done before he uploaded his. So I guess great minds think alike.

I moved the antennae so the anti-tank launcher could go 360. Without the top package, you could move the antennae back to the rear, near the door.

Features a crew of 7:
1 driver
1 weapons op
1 commander (holding the iPad in the back)
4 soldiers

Hope you enjoy it and many thanks to TheSpectre for the inspiration.

Quoting Colin Small Just asking, the pictures seem a bit, "softened". What did you use to make them look that way?
In the LDD settings, you can change a few things, light lighting (I think). I played around with that to get a better look. The guy who taught me is Free Humps. He really knows a lot about LDD. Hope that helps.
