This is my entry for FBTB's Hybrid Fighter contest, the AT-X-Wing (Luke's Skyhopper)! The idea is to combine 2 different SW vehicles in a mash-up of coolness. This was quite a challenge because there are a few entries that I really needed to try and beat. Hopefully, this will do it!
The story is, that Luke crashes yet another X-Wing during a battle with a small band of AT-AT's on the planet Arellious V. The Alliance leaves the battle, thinking Luke to be MIA. Using the remains of his wrecked fighter and parts from a fallen AT-AT he builds the AT-X-Wing! The gravity on Arellious V is 10 times stronger than any other known planet, so Luke needs to build legs for the fighter to "hop" into the atmosphere in order to reach orbit.

Definately one of the best hybrids I have ever seen! It works really well too! I am liking the how well the AT-AT head fits with the X-Wing. Almost looks as if it were an actual ship. Great job on this one! |

Mood do you think you can help me in one problem? You have Eurobricks account right? I would need to make contact with KimT- EB-admin-i would very much like to know why he banned me from Eurobricks?
I know he banned me ultimately because i created another account but reason for that was because my first one was banned :(
I would like to negotiate with him but i cannot contact him since i cannot view EB-pages at all and i have no his email.....
My little brother created own account and KimT banned our IP because he thought it was me creating 3rd account.... i just want to know why my first account was banned in the first place i never violated rules or anything.....

Thanks! I originally tried to make the legs full-size, but there was no way to get them to fold underneath the ship without making it look clunky, so I had to shrink the legs. |

This is possibly the best hybrid on MOCpages. I loved the AT-AT head, but the x-wing is nothing special. But combining the two makes them even cooler. The 'legs' are a little strange, but each to his own. |

I think that many Star Wars fans will be inspired to create their own Star Wars vehicle hybrid after seeing this. The unexpected fold-out legs really won me over. |
