Fine, since the bionicle community completely ignored him for having no story, Mr. Happy Dragon is BAAAAAAACK!

STORY: As a baby, Mr. Happy Dragon envied his Matoran caretakers for their excellent facial hair, and strove to grow a mustache during his adolescence. Unfortunately, such a feat was unattainable for a dragon. After he joined the Toa Order of Dragon Cavalry, and fought his first successful battle, the Toa presented him with a mustache woven from rope and various animal furs. As a pre-battle ritual, Mr. Happy Dragon now proudly dons his mustache, and has asked to be buried alongside it should he fall in battle.

It looks funny with the big eyes and mouth, not in a bad way. It would be better if there were less colors though. I gave it a 4/5.

Thats's quite weird, and disturbingly happy, but nice. Less colors and a more solid and well-structured build in the body would do a great job.
