The Puma Assault Tank - mini, deadly and slow as a snail.
About this creation
OK, here is my first mini-vehicle for my "faction" in the Tactical Combat System. A heavy unit, armed with a top light turret for taking down near units, and twin mortar cannons for breaching the enemy line. Slow as anything, but highly powerful if combined with lighter tanks, and if necessary, air units.

It doesn't count against your stat points, so those 3 points on it should go to the other 4 stats. The CR value for a heavy is 5. Also, that thing's kinda small for a heavy, I think he'd look better as your light unit but its up to you. download my reference units under the TCS unit Values Sheet if you want that might help.
