Osgiliath is under attack from Orcs. Captain Faramir and his soldiers fight back but they are pushed from the city.
This MOC is a scene that is not from the LOTR movies or the books, it is a scene that the movie implied, the fall of Osgiliath under Captain Faramir.
After the capture of Osgiliath by the Orcs, Boromir and Faramir attack the Orcs and take it back, Then Boromir gives his epic speech that he concludes by crying out "For Gondor!"
I apologize if there are too many pictures, I really want you to see all of this MOC so I put up a ton of pictures, 27 to be exact.
The main pic shows the front of the MOC with Faramir fighting the attacking Orcs.
The back of the MOC shows the soldiers rushing to defend the city.
The charging soldiers.
The archers fire on the Orcs.
The charging soldiers with the right wall removed.
The awesome arch.
Two soldiers are a little late for the defense (is that why they lost).
The large wall on the side. If the MOC was bigger, this would be a large room.
The archers platform.
An "art" shot (probably my favorite pic).
Soldiers of Gondor #1
I apologize that my soldiers don't look like soldiers of Gondor, I don't have enough money to get an authentic army.
Soldiers of Gondor #2
My awful Faramir (I will be getting a better Faramir later this year).
you did well to post 27 pics! it s great work! very nice scene! love the stairs! lol! they re especially important for sword fights! i love the architecture of this castle! yeah, very well done! with a few more props...it s a movie scene! bravo aidan!
Quoting Night Hawk _
The buildings look too built for Osgiliath, you should have made them look destroyed.
I was waiting for someone to ask that. I built the buildings not run down and ruined on purpose. I wanted it to be before it got run down, which obviously doesn't work with the timeline I chose for the MOC.
