I have that body on Frodo to represent his mithril shirt. I didn't change Gandalf's hat because I might want it for other things and didn't want to ruin it. Thanks for the comment. PS: Look at my other stuff!

I think a more homely torso for Frodo. Like a Ben Kenobi, Yoda, or Indiana Jones (Plain white top). That looks more Shire-like and less "Soldier"-ish. Gandalf is great, but I would consider maybe erasing the stars on his hat. It makes him looks psychic and mystical. I love Merry and Pippin, as well as Sam. Legolas is perfect and Boromir has the perfect face. Nice work! Only one other thing - consider photographing them on a landscape; it looks somewhat plain on just a green plate. Great work though!
