The Grille (cricket) series was developed for fast deployment of heavy artillery on the battlefield. The chassis were of various tanks that were currently in service. They were upgraded to withstand the weight of large artillery guns. They only reached prototype stage and never went into production. The first prototype was a Panzer Mk IV chassis with an 88mm Flak 36. Others were to have later versions of the 88, and some were to carry 420mm mortars. Other roles of the Grille was self-propelled anti aircraft emplacement, long range artillery support, and seige artillery.

1. Use double wide tracks, not those 3 wide.
2. If aiming for minifig scale, use smaller wheels.
3. Don't mix Bley and gray.
Other than that, pretty nice.
