Infinite Stratos
An advanced exoskeleton from the anime Infinite Stratos.
About this creation

IS (Infinite Stratos) are highly advanced exoskeletons, capable of full flight. These are known as discontiguous constructs, which have whole sections that are not physically connected to the control unit, yet function as if they were. In all, there is the torso section, each arm and leg, the weapons, and the wings.

In the anime, IS can only be operated by females, with the exception of the protagonist. No one knows why he is the only male able to operate an IS.

An energy shield with a finite energy supply protects the operator. When this energy is depleted, the IS is consider disabled, as the next blow will be able to harm the operator. In this way, matches can be judged without harming the operators in the process.

There are basic IS, which can be used by anybody, and then there are personal IS, which belong to an individual operator. A personal IS is customized to the specifications of the individual operator who owns it, usually an important individual connected with a nation or coporation. On this pesonal IS, I used a handlebar to position the wing units, and they are transparent to show that they aren't attached.

CREATOR'S NOTES:

Well, I just finished watching Infinite Stratos and I was very intrigued with the IS and how it operated.

Here is a link that will give more information on the anime itself:

Ahah! Really nice! XD It seems a real IS. I like the series too, I'm quite sure they're gonna do a new season, let's hope there will be more action and some more places and IS...I'd like to more villains and Tempest, considering I'm italian :)
