About this creation


This was one of my earlier builds as a full-fledged, out of the closet AFOL. I had been building with my son and lurking online for quite some time before I started posting my work. This was a ship that I always tried to build as a child, but could never quite figure out how to make it look right. At the time, I was very happy with how this bird came out ...I still am!










The rub here is that the Star Wars line helped coax me out of my 'dark age'. I haven't built anything Star Wars related in quite some time now, I think its been played out. I do still love those little minifigs though!

Thank you! Regarding the views, I just recreated my account. I started posting in 2007 on MOCpages, but deleted my account last summer. I am starting anew here and am not as visible as I once was.
