Republic Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV)
As the fight spreads across the galaxy, the republic must quickly adapt to all terrains and planets. This is a fine example of how the republic fought on water world type planets.
About this creation
During the early stages of the clone wars, prototype vehicles were produced for different battle fronts. This is The republics AAV. perfect for lightning strikes in shallow seas. Armed with triple anti tank gatling lasers and two double anti infantry cannons on the bow of the craft.

Watch this video on Vimeo. Video created by dustin esau.
The "Tri Fire" is most advanced in gatling laser technology. All three barrels rotate by spining the back of the turret activateing the mechanism, Sorry I tried to put a video up of it spining but it some how MocPages out smarted me lol.

Triple anti tank oscilating gatling lasers plowed the way for an amphibious assault.

A Farward hatch allows the crew to get in and out.

The operating crew consisted of one Clone Gunner, Clone Pilot, and a AAV Commander. The rest of the crew stayed aboard the Star ship or base.

Ballast tanks below the hull adjusted to the terrain so the Tank wouldn't sink while entering the battlefield.

Higher up officials argued about whether it was an obsolete vessel using resources and men that the republic couldn't afford.

In the end it served only a few missions and was soon deemed Obsolete for republic warfare use, But on the battlefield when it was there, The sights of the high speed gearing in the turret, the smell of Scorching metal, the Loud engine sounds and the crushing of everything in its path Brought a Bright warm feeling inside every clones little republic heart lol.

I hope Everyone enjoys this creation.

Quoting Sebeus I Very nice, in the age of starwars I would think they could just fly/float in mod-air over the water but it's a great idea nonetheless, great job
It was a fun build though and yes you are right it was an Obsolete vehicle, So many faster ways of getting heavy fire power into combat then floating.
