The Allied Oceanic Emirates powerful, reliable, and deadly tilt rotor helicopter gunship.
About this creation
I like this shot, a good front view of the cockpit and weapons.
The weaponry: 4 Vyper self-guided missiles, 2 drop fuel tanks for long range missions, launchers on either side of the cockpit with 4 gas grenades and 4 smoke grenades, and a 3,000 rpm mini gun. Note how I did the cockpit side panels similar to my SHIP. Also look at the sensor array and radar mounted on the nose.
A good side profile shot.
This is an angled rear view. On top of the ship are the engine vents, you can see the intakes in the same spot in frontal pictures. These keep the engine running smoothly and keep it at the proper temperature.
The aft cargo hold, which fits perfectly into the shape of the ship, and is actually fairly large.
The flaps that help control the agile ship in tight maneuvers. The ship also has an interior gyroscope to help maneuverability.
The rotors that tilt for vertical takeoff and the hovering abilities of a helicopter, and can come down for faster forward flight like an airplane. This design is similar to the U.S. Military's Osprey.
A final overall shot with the rotors in a vertical position.
Fourth Wall: This is my first moc for the group Conflict, and for William Pugh and my country, the Allied Oceanic Emirates (AOE). I had a lot of fun building this, and I love the cockpit! General shape turned out similar to my Avatar Scorpion Gunship, but with several differences. I made this to be a completely dominant air superiority chopper gunship, and I think it turned out just that... Mwwwahahaha!
Thanks for looking, and long live the AOE!

Without a doubt my favourite helicopter I have seen so far on Mocpages, the design is awesome, somewhere between futuristic and current day so it really does look realistic, keep up the awesome work! |

That's pretty cool! The only thing I can think of to fix may be to add some detail to the 'limbs.' The back of the arms that hold the propellers, and the arms that hold the weapons. |

This is really top-notch work, with attention to detail throughout. My only nitpick would be the length of the LEGO rotors, they don't look robust enough to generate enough lift. The crew compartment glass-arrangement is exceptional. What a beast! |

This is pretty good. The only suggestion I have is to make it less blocky looking. |

I particularly like the engine sections that you installed. They are very detailed and compliment the overall design well. The whole craft looks very agile and lethal. The wing sections are oddly shaped, but that adds to the charm of the design. ^Blub^ |

Thats amazing. I expected you to make it as a regular helicopet, but this turned out great. It would go good with my VTOL gunship-transport. I would have used bigger props though, yours seem to be to short. i like the nose, and the weapons. I like the canopy since its uniqe. I sense that this might make moc of the day. Its a bit small but it looks dangerous. Easy 5/5. Also what do AOE minifigs look like. I just recived ten new Belkan soldiers thats why I ask. |
